General provisions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This document is a public offer (contract) between the online academy <strong>Siedoplatov Padel Academy<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the Academy) and the user of the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By using the website <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/s-padel.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/s-padel.com<\/a><\/strong>, you agree to these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Provision of services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Academy provides access to distance learning courses for padel coaches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to materials is provided through the student&#8217;s personal account in the <strong>Tutor LMS<\/strong> system after full payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to the course is personal. It is prohibited to transfer your login and password to third parties. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Intellectual property<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All video lessons, teaching materials and programmes (including the Coach Fundamentals course) are the intellectual property of Vyacheslav Sedoplatov.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copying, screen recording or distribution of Academy materials without the author&#8217;s written permission is prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment is made through gateways, integrated with <strong>WooCommerce<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After successful payment, access to the selected course will be automatically activated in your personal account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Academy guarantees the quality of educational content, but is not responsible for technical problems on the part of the user&#8217;s Internet provider.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teaching methods are based on professional experience, but individual student results depend on their personal practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms and conditions of use of Siedoplatov Padel Academy 1.
