1. General provisions
This document is a public offer (contract) between the online academy Siedoplatov Padel Academy (hereinafter referred to as the Academy) and the user of the website.
By using the website https://s-padel.com, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Provision of services
The Academy provides access to distance learning courses for padel coaches.
Access to materials is provided through the student’s personal account in the Tutor LMS system after full payment.
Access to the course is personal. It is prohibited to transfer your login and password to third parties.
3. Intellectual property
All video lessons, teaching materials and programmes (including the Coach Fundamentals course) are the intellectual property of Vyacheslav Sedoplatov.
Copying, screen recording or distribution of Academy materials without the author’s written permission is prohibited.
4. Payment
Payment is made through gateways, integrated with WooCommerce.
After successful payment, access to the selected course will be automatically activated in your personal account.
5. Responsibility
The Academy guarantees the quality of educational content, but is not responsible for technical problems on the part of the user’s Internet provider.
Teaching methods are based on professional experience, but individual student results depend on their personal practice.
