Policy refund funds Siedoplatov Padel Academy

1. Nature of digital goods

• Our training courses are digital content, access to which is provided immediately after payment.
• In accordance with international law and the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” regarding digital goods, the service is considered to be provided in full at the moment of opening access to the course materials.

2. Conditions for refusal of return

• Funds for paid and activated courses are not refundable, since the user receives full access a15> to intellectual property of the Academy immediately after the transaction.
• Before purchasing, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the free materials or the course description.

3. Exceptions and technical errors

Refunds of funds are possible only in the following cases:

• Incorrect double payment for the same course (the amount of one transaction will be refunded).
• Technical inability to provide access to the course within 72 hours after payment due to the fault of the Academy platform.
